T.NICKOLAS GROUP

I am the co-founder and President at T. Nickolas Group. My responsibilities are Business Development and overseeing the operation of the companies.

I am also the President of the “Nevada Tile, Marble, Stone and Terrazzo Contractors Association”.I served as a trustee of the” Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers Local #13 Trust”. I sit on the Board of Casa De Luz, a non-profit inner city church and community center. I also served for a number of years on the committee for the annual “Governors Black Tie Golf and charity event”.

I have been in the Las Vegas Tile and Stone industry for 27 years. Evans responsibilities are to setup and organize projects, hire personnel, track manpower and schedule, keep track of project budgets, schedule project deliveries, work closely with General Contactors as well as other subcontractors to complete projects on time. I've also works with the estimating staff on future projects. I have worked on small and large projects across the United States.

My responsibilities are overseeing the operation of the fabrication Shop, working together  with owners to establish early construction budgets for large projects, bidding and running projects from start to finish including procuring material thru the final billing.

I've worked in the stone industry in Las Vegas for 30 years and have done small to large projects all over the United States.    

I am the co-founder and Vice-President at T. Nickolas Group, founded in 1992. My responsibilities are contract negotiations, managing day to day operations which include overseeing Project Managers, superintendents, procurement and installations.

I currently serves as a trustee of the” Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers Local #13 Trust”. I also serve as a trustee for the Nevada Tile & Masonry Industry Labor/Management Cooperation Committee.
